EMBRACING THE LIFE DESIGNED 4 U AND BY U
Life By Design Coaching Agency offers a two hour workshop for young women between the ages 12-25. Using the Life Purpose Process, the goals of this project are to:

Encourage each young woman to have a positive relationship with her own personal BEaUty and to have a positive attitude toward body, health and self.

Build stronger self-confidence and self-awareness essential to happiness and success in all areas of a young woman’s life.

Encourage each young woman to have a positive relationship with her own personal BEaUty and to have a positive attitude toward body, health and self.

Show how to change negativity into positive thoughts by using communication tools, learning processes and modules which will encourage a positive expression of personal thoughts and opinions.

Help her focus deeper within to attain a realistic self-image, rather than looking at external circumstances influenced by the media and society.

Emphasize each young woman’s “compelling vision”, allowing her to share enthusiasm as she grows, develops, changes and transforms into the BEaUtiful™ creation planned for this world.

Share an understanding of a broader definition of beauty and how its meaning can differ between genders, cultures, and age groups while gaining the universal knowledge that inner beauty enhances outer beauty.

Identify strengths to encourage each young woman to be a “friend” to her true values and beliefs while sharing them with others.

Inspire each young woman to appreciate her individual look, personality, talents, interests and life story while emphasizing the gift of the knowledge “THERE’S ONLY ONE YOU…CELEBRATE THE BEAUTY OF YOUR ORIGINAL DESIGN!”
